A dedicated area of 10–25㎡ is set aside within the existing central kitchen system to construct the disinfection chamber.The chamber is built with stainless steel double-sided insulated panels to form an airtight enclosure. Both the interior and exterior walls, as well as the door, are made of high-quality 1mm-thick stainless steel (customizable). The chamber body is composed of 100mm-thick special insulated composite panels (customizable).
It is equipped with internal heaters, hot air circulation systems, and an intelligent temperature control system.The hot air circulation ducts are made of stainless steel. The chamber door can be fitted with a double-layer visible tempered glass window, heat-resistant up to 300℃. Explosion-proof, moisture-proof and high-temperature resistant lamps are installed inside.
This equipment uses circulating hot air to sterilize and disinfect cleaned tableware. The hot air circulation ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, resulting in more thorough disinfection. It also integrates drying and storage functions.
